The first in a series of traveling exhibitions begins with “America the Beautiful: The Monumental Landscape of Clyde Butcher”. Organized by the Muscarelle Museum of Art at the College of William & Mary, featuring the photographs of Clyde Butcher, a noted environmental photographer. The first showing will open at the James J. Hill and St. Paul Central Libraries, Downtown St. Paul, MN, on January 28, 2010 and run through April 15, 2010.
This is the first in a series of exhibitions that are the result of a partnership among the St. Paul Public Library, the James J. Hill Reference Library, and the support of the Friends of the St. Paul Public Library and Metropolitan Library Services Agency (MELSA), and is being produced by Exhibits Development Group.
